Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: June 23, 2026

Welcome to GenSiteHub (https://gensitehub.com). By accessing or using our website and platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

GenSiteHub is a free, browser-based AI HTML app builder. It allows users to generate single-file HTML applications using their own OpenRouter API key, preview them in the browser, and prepare them for Android packaging.

Key characteristics of the service:

  • Free to use — no subscription or payment required
  • No registration or login required
  • All workspace data and settings are stored client-side in your browser only
  • AI generation uses your own OpenRouter API key, sent directly from your browser

2. Nature of Generated Content

Generated apps are HTML-based single-file applications. You should be aware that:

  • Generated apps are not native Android or iOS apps.
  • GenSiteHub does not guarantee that generated apps will be accepted by app stores, including the Google Play Store.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their apps comply with applicable app store policies before submission.
  • AI-generated code may contain bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
  • Users are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any generated code before deploying or distributing it.

3. API Key Usage

  • You are responsible for your own OpenRouter API key.
  • You are responsible for all costs incurred through your OpenRouter account.
  • Do not share your API key publicly or include it in code you distribute.
  • GenSiteHub stores your API key only in your browser's localStorage. We do not transmit, log, or store your API key on our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use GenSiteHub responsibly and lawfully. You may not use this platform to:

  • Generate malicious software, viruses, or harmful scripts
  • Create phishing apps or deceptive interfaces designed to mislead users
  • Generate apps that facilitate illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to restrict access for activities deemed harmful or abusive.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The GenSiteHub platform, brand, and interface design are the property of GenSiteHub. However:

  • Users own the code they generate. All HTML apps generated using your prompts belong to you.
  • You are free to use, modify, deploy, and monetize your generated apps for personal or commercial purposes.
  • GenSiteHub claims no ownership or rights over user-generated app code.

6. Third-Party API Integrations

GenSiteHub requires an OpenRouter API key to generate apps. We do not provide API credits, manage payments, or control OpenRouter's rate limits, pricing, or availability. Users interact with OpenRouter at their own risk and cost under OpenRouter's own terms.

6. Third-Party Services

GenSiteHub recommends WebIntoApp.com as a third-party service to convert your HTML package into an Android APK. We are not affiliated with WebIntoApp. We do not control their service, pricing, or availability.

By using their service, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy. GenSiteHub is not responsible for:

  • The quality of APKs generated by third-party services
  • Changes to third-party service terms or availability
  • Service downtime or interruptions
  • Any costs or charges that may apply to third-party services

7. Limitation of Liability

GenSiteHub is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business disruption arising from platform downtime, code inaccuracies, or the use of generated apps in production or distribution contexts.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
